Our Wines
We currently produce two labels with distinctly different styles. Métisse from Napa Valley is our Proprietary Red, and CJ is our Cabernet Sauvignon named after Chloe and Jeremy.

This wine is outstandingly rich exhibiting aromatics and flavors of crème de cassis and spice box along with vanilla and coffee bean. It displays concentration and elegance with balance and silky tannins. It is a full-bodied wine with superb richness and complex layers. This wine should cellar well for at least 20 years.
